Abstract
Objective Clinical curative effect of compound lidocaine cream in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia observation are discussed. Methods From 2011 January-2012 year in December in our hospital 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group, compound lidocaine cream treatment group with 1~2g / 10cm2 in thin medical non-woven fabric, then wrap with non-woven fabric packet, at the same time, the skin is stuck, 2 times the total amount of/d, The total amount of<10g every day, each time control in 3-5h. The control group wil be affected area with content of diclofenac gel 1%for thin coating, no packet, 2/d. Results 50 cases of treatment group effective rate was 96%, 4 cases of adverse reactions (8%); 50 cases of control group effective rate was 74%, 8 cases of adverse reactions (16%); the two groups of patients with adverse reactions after symptomatic treatment, disappeared. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, good curative ef ect, convenient operation, simple, less adverse reactions, especial y more effective for hyperalgesia or local skin burn patients, worth a lot in clinical application.关键词
