饮食管理对原发性高血压患者血压影响的研究
Study on the Dietary Management of Primary Hypertension Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary factors on primary level of blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Methods Through stratified sampling method 100 volunteered to participate in this activity in patients with essential hypertension were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each. The experimental group was treated with conventional drugs, but also for catering management, eating "guide" diethypertension recommended diet;the control group using conventional drug treatment, but without diet management. The two groups were measured blood pressure levels 3 months after implementation of diet management.Comparison between the test group and the control group in the control of blood pressuredifference.Results After 3 months of folow-up, the experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group, the blood pressure level of blood pressure (P<0.05), the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Dietary management, reasonable meals for primary has obvious effect on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.关键词
