Abstract
Objective Study of serum homocysteine detection in the clinical application value of early renal injury in T2DM.Methods 115 cases of T2DM patients, serum homocysteine treated in this hospital in 2009 October~2013 years 6 months, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, serum creatinine were detected. According to the mALB DM patients were divided into three groups, 40 healthy people for medical examination in our hospital at the same period as the normal control group, and to compare the results of four groups of detection.Results The content of serum Hcy in patients with T2DM than in healthy controls, with a statistical significant difference between the groups (P<0.05 orP<0.01);serum Hcy content and course of disease, mALB, CREA levels were positively (r were 0.66, 0.59, 0.46),P<0.05.Conclusion With the increase of serum Hcy level in patients with T2DM, Urinary mALB levels gradualy increased. The results suggest that the serum levels of Hcy and urine mALB can dynamicaly view kidney patients T2DM micro vascular lesions, To improve DM and EDN diagnosis, Has good clinical application value.关键词
