Abstract
Objective To research an discuss the clinical efficacy of siIybin-phosphatidylcholine complex and Adefovir Dipivoxil in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 56 patients were grouped with one using Adefovir Dipivoxil only,and the other using Adefovir Dipivoxil and siIybin-phosphatidylcholine complex.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the differences of treatment and control groups in ALT、AST、ALT / AST,serum albumin(Alb),total bilirubin(TBIL)which are indicators of liver function was significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.6%, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silybin phospholipid complexes combined with adefovir dipivoxil for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is better than the single use of adefovir dipivoxil.关键词
