腹腔镜在不孕症诊治中的应用
Application of Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of Laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment in infertility.Methods 68 cases of female infertility patients werw diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy in our hospital received fol ow-up survey.Results Al of the 68 cases were operated with laparoscopy,among which chronic pelvic infammation accounting for 58.82%,endometriosin 14.71%,polycystin ovary syndrome 8.82%,natural pelvic cavity 7.35%,uterine and tubal congenital heteroplasia 5.88%,and pelvic tuberculosis 4.41%.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery to treat infertility smal trauma,rapid recovery,diagnose clearly,the effect is good,have clinical application value.关键词
