Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of urokinase thrombolysis in cerebral thrombosis.Methods To selected patients with NS100ml+UK150 intravenous drip.Results 16 cases of thrombolysis in patients with 24 hours after thrombolysis neural function defect scale contrast.Basic cured 7 cases,6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases,1 had no effect.Conclusion The cerebral thrombosis early urokinase thrombolysis has its feasibility in basic-level hospitals.关键词
