摘要
Abstract
Objective To find the preparation technology of Zhike Qutan Ling Granule.Methods Drug-loading rate was selected as quality index to optimization the preparation technology of Zhike Qutan Ling Granule.Results The optimum processing conditions were extracting 2 times,the first time was 30 min,and the second time was 20 min,8 times than the quality of the medical material;concentrated extractum until it consists 45%water,and use 15.0ml 95%Ethanol as wetting agent.Conclusion The optimum process is suitable for the preparation of Zhike Qutan Ling Granule,according to the requirement of Chinese pharmacopoeia.关键词
