摘要
Abstract
Objective Understanding in elderly hypertensive patients with drug treatment,to explore the pharmacist participateing in regular visits to guide rational use of drugs in patients with hypertension in the elderly,to improve the rate of significance of the treatment control.Methods through fol ow-up of elderly patients with hypertension survey on school health management center north campus community 160 cases,analyze therapy assessment in accordance with the "guide" for prevention and treatment of hypertension China 2010 edition.Results Complications about 71.9% elderly hypertension with diabetes cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,160 cases; drug treatment rate was 83.1%;blood pressure control rate was 70.6%.Conclusion The community elderly hypertension treatment rate,control rate is higher, but there are some errors in the rational use of drug treatment,doctors and pharmacists should guide the rational use of antihypertensive drugs in elderly hypertensive patients,so as to improve the effect of drug treatment.关键词
