摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)used to treat injury of limb’s skin and soft tissue, and to explore nurse methods of it. Method:30 cases of skin and soft tissue injury treated by VSD in our hospital from March 2008 to April 2012,the clinical data and nursing efficacy about them were retrospectived. Result:30 patients with postoperative wound drainage after VSD skin graft survived completely. Postoperative follow-up 0.5-3.0 years,physical appearance and functionality of a good recovery. Closed negative pressure drainage and effective nursing care process,drainage unblocked,no infection and complications,nursing the result satisfied. Conclusion:VSD used to treat limb’s skin and soft tissue injury can reduce the absorption of toxins,promote wound healing,reduce swelling,reduce the number of dressing changes,shorter hospital stays;Care focuses on close observation of the vacuum,maintaining unobstructed drainage. Vacuum sealing drainage is the ideal choice for early treatment of limb’s skin and soft tissue injury.关键词
