摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on the clinical analysis of thyroid cancer diagnosed by FNAC.Method:The clinic data of 40 patients with thyroid cancer were retrospectively analyzed,such as FNAC diagnosis,the characteristics of ultrasonography,and the examination results of histopathologic. Result:Ultrasonographic imaging showed that,uneven nodular areas were shown as more low echo,irregular rough burr in the nodes edge for 33 cases, calcification would be found for many patients;Basically the same diagnosis for the FNAC and Postoperative pathological examination,these results were consistent from the nodes edge and ultrasonographic imaging. Conclusion:It shows that there had obvious effects on the diagnostic accuracy for FNAC and success rate of puncture for small nodules by ultrasonic locating,it can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate for FNAC combination with ultrasonographic imaging.关键词
