螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the application and clinical value of spiral computed tomograph(CT)for the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Method:Clinical data on 172 patients with various types of intestinal obstruction admitted to the hospital in this study between June 2008 and 2012 December were retrospectively analyzed. A controlled study of preoperative imaging findings and postoperative results was performed and the diagnostic value of spiral CT for the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was evaluated. Result:Patients enrolled in this study and after examination by CT suggested that:compression and the pathological changes of intestines check colon wall jams,lumen coincidence rate was 71.4%,72.0%and 72.7%respectively,retroperitoneal hematoma coincidence rate was 33.3%;Peritonitis and blood supply of ileus coincidence rate was 100.0%. Conclusion:Spiral CT is significant for the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction,which can not only improve the clinical definite diagnosis rate effectively,but also promote the improvement of etiological diagnosis rate significantly. It is the preferred method of diagnosis of intestinal obstruction in clinical practice.关键词
