急诊内科老年急性腹痛患者的诊治相关性分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate diagnosis and treatment for elderly patients with acute abdominal pain. Method:120 cases with acute abdominal pain in the hospital from May 2011 to November 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were randomly divided into old-aged group (over 60 years)and young and middle-aged group(under 50 years). Diagnosis and treatment between the two groups were compared. Result:The misdiagnosis rate,incidence of cardiovascular system and urinary system of old-aged group were higher than that of the young and middle-aged group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical symptom of elderly patients with acute abdominal pain is usually untypical,which easily leads to misdiagnosis. Thus,comprehensive analysis should be made in order to make early diagnosis and give timely treatment to the patients.关键词
