摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze 58 left colon cancer surgeryⅠclinical efficacy patients with acute intestinal obstruction. Method:The clinical data of 100 left colon cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively,compared the surgical procedure and postoperative effect. Result:Our hospital left colon cancer and 100 acute intestinal obstruction patients,58 cases of stageⅠsurgery,anastomotic fistula in 6 cases, 2 cases of postoperative incision infection,58 patients were cured. Staging surgery in 42 patients,5 patients with postoperative anastomotic leakage,42 patients were cured. Two kinds of postoperative complications incidence comparison difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The left colon cancer in patients with acute intestinal obstruction should be based on the patient’s condition,select the appropriate surgical approachⅠoperation in a timely manner to gain time,to quickly relieve the obstructive symptoms of patients,to alleviate the suffering of patients,to save the lives of patients. Seriously ill patients,the body can not tolerate surgery,you need to select the surgical staging.关键词
