Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients with hypertension combined coronary heart disease.Method:Seventy-eight patients who were diagnosed with hypertension combined coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,the treatment group was treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets,adjusted the dosage according to the blood pressure condition,all the patients were taken medicine for one year.Result:Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of each time point in two groups after treatment respectively compared with before treatment,after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients is satisfied.It can control the blood pressure and keep heart rate stable.It has less side effect and remarkable clinical effect.关键词
