生大黄辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of raw rhubarb for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Method:90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected.There were randomly divided into the observation group for 45 cases and control group for 45 cases.The observation group was given routine therapy combined with rhubarb adjunctive therapy,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The abdominal pain relief time abdominal tenderness relief time,blood amylase restoration time,urinary amylase restoration time,white blood cells recovery time,and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Moreover the curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The raw rhubarb for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is efficacy and safety.It is worthy to be popularized.关键词
