Abstract
Objective:To further study and compare the differences of the clinical treatment effect of advanced gastric cancer,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment. Method:One hundred and thirty eight cases of advanced gastric cancer were selected in the authors hospital from December 2008 to December 2011,and all cases were taken for retrospective analysis. Result:In the comparison of survival rate in 1 years,2 years and 3 years between three groups,only the left gastric artery interventional chemotherapy treatment group was lowest and comprehensive treatment group was highest. The difference were statistically significant between the three groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment process of advanced cardiac carcinoma,comprehensive treatment is significant. So it is a reliable choice of clinical treatment for advanced cardiac carcinoma.关键词
