Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of paste and oppression of auricular points combined with tropisetron on postoperative nausea and vomiting in the women undergoing Laparoscopic surgery.Method:One hundred and twenty women undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly assigned to 3 groups:paste and oppression of auricular points group(group A),tropisetron group(group B)and paste and oppression of auricular points with tropisetron group(group C),40 cases in each group.Women of group A received paste and oppression of auricular Shenmen(TF4),Wei(CO4) and Jiaogan(AH6a)points with the seeds of Wang Bu Liu Xing at the time of preoperation,1,5 and 23 hours of postoperation for 15 minutes.Women of group B were infused with tropisetron intravenously before the end of surgery. Women of group C received paste and oppression of auricular points combined with tropisetron.The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)for 24 hours,the rate of additional antiemetic and the other adverse effects were observated.Result:Compared with group A and group B,the incidence of PONV,the rate of additional antiemetic were decreased in group C(P<0.01).There were no difference between group A with group B(P>0.05).No other side effects were observed.Conclusion:Paste and oppression of auricular points combined with tropisetron can reduce the incidence of PONV in the women undergoing Laparoscopic surgery.关键词
