Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of Ligasure combined with electrocautery in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Method:The clinical data of the Ligasure combined with electrocautery in laparoscopic hysterectomy were compared with 37 cases of patients with total abdominal hysterectomy.Intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,exhaust time,postoperative fever,infection of incision,postoperative time etc were observed. Result:The laparoscopic group was decreased significantly than the open group in the bleeding volume,operation time,exhaust time, postoperative fever,infection of incision,postoperative discharge time etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ligasure combined with monopolar electrocoagulation hook can be successfully completed laparoscopic hysterectomy. Compared with conventional open operation,Laparoscopic group is less bleeding than the control group in the operation. Laparoscopic group short the operation time and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time. It has less postoperative fever patients,low infection rate and short hospitalization time.So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
