Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze effect of functional exercise nursing method with the upper limb of breast cancer after radical mastectomy.Method:30 cases of breast cancer with radical surgery in our hospital from september 2010 to september 2012 were selected,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group had 15 cases and the control group had 15 cases.The control group was treated with routine care self-training,the observation group was treated the implementation of a phased functional exercise on the basis of the control group.Observed and compared the two groups in the incidence of complications after surgery and upper limb motor function.Result:The observation group of patients in the incidence of postoperative complications was 13.3%(2/15),significantly lower than the control group of 53.3%(8/15),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The independent living condition of the observation group was better than the control group after treatment, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Upper limb phased behavioral intervention has obvious improvement effect on patients with upper limb function after radical mastectomy for breast cancer,it is worth to be widely used in clinical.关键词
