摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve the consciousness of nursing staff participating in management and their abilities in problem solving by carrying out the quality control circle activity,and to improve the nursing quality.Method:A nursing quality assessment program was established specially in the nursing department of our hospital,nursing staff formed circles spontaneously as of nursing divisions,and plans,evaluations,assessment and treatment were carried out according to the ten basic steps in the quality control circle activity. Result:Nurses could improve the nursing levels and effectiveness by themselves;six months after the quality control circle activity,there appeared obvious improvements in the personal care complaint and medical consumables of nurses,and thus the overall operation of the hospital was greatly promoted. Conclusion:The quality control circle can not only improve the nursing quality,but can also enhance the teamwork spirit and self management consciousness of the nurses.关键词
