急性胰腺炎保守治疗的系统化护理及效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To summarize and discuss systematic nursing measures on patients with acute pancreatifis(AP)undergoing conservative treatment.Method:Based on anti-infectious treatment,systematic measures such as health education,psychological nursing,electrocardiograph monitoring,disease observation,efficacious catheter surrounding care,diet nursing and nutrition support,complication preventions were given to 45 AP cases,and clinical prognosis were noted. Result:(1)45 cases(95.6%)were cured,average hospital stay was(14.1±2.8)d,among of which 2 cases complicated with enteric fistula,after 35 d ,32 d symptomatic treatment respectively,blood stopped and ischarged from hospital.(2)2(4.4%) SAP cases were death from complication of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),death rate was 4.4%.Conclusion:Systematic nursing on conservative treatment of AP patients is of importance and necessity for patients’prognosis.关键词
