摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of controlled hypotension in the resection of giant thyroid tumors. Method:50 cases of giant thyroid tumor patients who had been admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected,these patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 25 cases.The observation group were given antihypertensive control treatment,and the control group conventional treatment.Result:Compared to the control group,the amount of bleeding and blood transfusion of patients in the observation group was significantly less,the transfusion volume was significantly higher,and the operation time was significantly shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Controlled hypotension resection has high safety in the treatment of giant benign tumor of thyroid,it can avoid allogeneic blood lose of patients who are in operation.关键词
