微创术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effective of minimally invasive operation in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:Eighty cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from September 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy,the treatment group was treated with minimally invasive operation.The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment group was 90%;while that in control group was 70%,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group with good prognosis had 27 cases,poor prognosis had 13 cases,good prognosis rate was 67.5%;the control group with good prognosis had 19 cases,poor prognosis had 21 cases,good prognosis rate was.The prognosis of patients with the treatment group significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive operation in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is satisfied.It can improve the quality of life,worth clinical promotion.关键词
