摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the elderly diastolic heart failure(DHF)in patients with plasma BNP levels and prognosis,to guide the clinical diagnosis of DHF elderly. Method:96 elderly patients with DHF(Ⅰ-Ⅳ)were chosen in our hospital since 2011,used fluorescence immunoassay measured before and after 2 weeks treatment of BNP level. And extracted 100 cases of non-hospitalized with DHF same period and measured the BNP levels for comparison. Evaluated BNP levels with DHF diagnosis and prognosis. Result:DHF patients BNP levels were significantly higher than non-DHF group,different patients with DHF grading of the BNP levels increased with the increase of DHF classification(Ⅰ-Ⅳ),treatment of elderly patients with DHF(Ⅲ、Ⅳ)BNP levels were lower than before treatment,these comparable items were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The plasma level of BNP can be used in the diagnosis of patients with DHF to the biological,and can be used for grading the severity of DHF basis,and for resistance to the therapeutic effect of cardiac dysfunction judgment should be replicated in clinical.关键词
