妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期高血压相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship of gestational diabetes and hypertension disease.Method:One hundred and fifty patients with pregnancy were selected in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 and were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups:50 cases of gestational diabetes patients as the experimental group,100 cases of normal pregnancies as the control group;two groups of blood pressure and blood fat was detected. Result:Gestational diabetes patient’s blood pressure was generally higher than the normal pregnancies;And lipoprotein,triglyceride,total cholesterol levels were significantly higher than the normal pregnancies’s.So serum lipid in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestational diabetes patients are predisposed to high blood pressure than normal pregnancies and there is relativity between gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes.关键词
