健康教育护理路径管理在癌痛规范化治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To improve the effects of pain control to the patients in the standardized treatment for cancer pain,clinical nursing path was used in health education and its effects was explored. Method:Four hundred and twenty two participants who suffered cancer pain and whose numerical rating pain level were above medium level were randomly selected with informed consent. They were randomly divided into two groups for experiment group and control group. With 236 cases in the experiment group,clinical nursing path management for health education was carried out. As to the control group which has 186 cases,normal health education was used. NRS was used to record their pain level during the experiment. Result:X2 test was used to examine the effects of nursing path management for health education. It turned out that the scores of experiment group in treatment compliance,cancer pain control effects,knowledge of cancer pain and satisfaction to medical staffs were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing path management in health education to cancer pain patients can improve the effects of pain control. The patients’s treatment compliance, knowledge of cancer pain and satisfaction to medical staffs are increased and statistically significant. Therefore,clinical nursing path management in health education is worthy of popularization.关键词
