摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze oral iodine volts oral care after surgery to prevent infection.Method:The clinical data of 120 patients with oral surgery in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2012,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given normal saline for oral care,the observation group was given 0.5%iodine volts oral care.The oral infections after surgery was observed and record.Result:The observation group in mucosal integrity,gingival swelling,bleeding,oral odor,oral infections were significantly lower than that of the control group,there were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Using 0.5%iodine volts oral care,can reduce oral infection rate after surgery,patients’ satisfaction degree is high,is worth popularization.关键词
