摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the close relationship between gestational sac area(GSA)and gestational diameter(GSD)with gestational age(GA)by mapping the relation curve in the first trimester.Method:The clinical data of pregnant women who wanted to terminate their pregnancy in the first trimester were analyzed.GSA and GSD were measured individually using vaginal ultrasound to predict GA.Result:GSA showed the stronger prediction ability on GA than GSD by using linear regression modeling,although both of them had significant correlation(R2=0.847,P<0.001;R2=0.739, P<0.001).Conclusion:GSD and GSA show excellent correlation with GA. GSA might be an more important indicator in predicting the gestational age exactly in the early pregnancy.关键词
