Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of combination therapy with low dose in the treatment of peptic ulcer Hp on positive patients,and to observe ulcer recurrence ,the reinfection rate of Hp,the side effects. Method:84 patients were divided into treatment group and control group on average. The control group used the omeprazole 20 mg,2 times/d;500 mg amoxicillin,4 times/d;Metronidazole 400 mg,4 times/d, all take 1 week. Treatment group omeprazole 20 mg,1/d;500 mg amoxicillin,2 times/d,metronidazole,400 mg,2 times/d,after treatment for 1 week, did’t use any other antiulcer drug. 1 month after the review of gastroscope and Hp,Hp eradicate rate of the patients were observed and ulcer healing rate;After 12 months of follow-up of patients with recurrence rate and infection rates again. Result:Treatment group eradication rate was 95.23%(40/42), the ulcer healing rate was 92.86%(39/42),the control group was 90.48%(38/42),88.09%(37/39),there were no statistical significance(P>0.05);12 months follow-up after treatment group Hp eradication ulcer recurrence in 4.76%(2/42),and Hp infection rate 7.14%(3/42),the control group was 26.19%(11/42),28.57%(12/42),the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);Treatment group adverse reaction rate 7.14%(3/42), the control group was 11.90%(5/42),the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:Standard low-dose triple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer is highly recurrenced ,Hp with highly eradicated,rate of ulcer recurrence and rate of Hp infection is low. It is a valuable program in the clinical application.关键词
