Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of chronic nasosinusitis therapy by endoscopic surgery.Method:Ninety-eight patients with chronic nasosinusitis were selected in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012,and they were randomly into the study group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The study group was given Endoscopic surgery,the control group was given conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:The effective percentage of the study group was 98.0%,it was higher than that of the control group(51.0%), the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic nasosinusitis can effectively relieves nasosinusitis and increases the cure rate.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
