参苓白术散对慢性肠炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application and safety of Shenling-Baizhu Powder in treating Chronic enteritis.Method:Eighty-four patients with chronic enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected,then randomly divided them into the control group and the experimental group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral salazosulfapyridine,the experimental group was treated with Shenling-Baizhu Powder.The clinical efficacy of two groups after 2 months were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group (92.9%)was higher than that of the control group(61.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in half a year of Chinese medicine treatment group was 7.1%,which was lower than that of western medicine group(88.1%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenling-Baizhu Powder has a good effects in the treatment chronic enteritis and low recurrence rate,it is better than the salazosulfapyridine,and which is worthy of clinical widely.关键词
