血塞通联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuesetong capsule combined with sibelium for treatment of migraine. Method:90 patients with migraine in our hospital from April 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45). Observation group was given Xuesetong capsule combined with sibelium,and control group was given sibelium. Analyzed the effects of two groups. Result:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%,VAS grade was(3.13±1.12)score,time of seizure duration was(3.37±0.49)h,seizure frequency was(8.02±0.96)times/month in the observation group;The control group were 75.56%,(5.24±1.53)score,(6.34±0.58)h,(14.24±0.88)times/month. The indicators of observation group were better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions:The clinical effect of Xuesetong capsule combined with sibelium for treatment of migraine is exact,which has strengthening effect. It is worthy to be popularized.关键词
