Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the comprehensive application value of propofolin patients with painless induced abortion.Method:180 healthy pregnant women for induced abortion from August 2011 to November 2011 in our hospital were divided into 89 cases of the control group and 91 cases of the experimental group,the control group was given conventional local anesthesia and the experimental group was given propofol treatment, then the analgesic effect,the cervix relaxation rate,vital signs and abortion syndrome of two groups were compared.Result:The anesthesia effect and vital signs of the experimental group was better than the control group;the cervix relaxation rate of the experimental group was significant higher than the control group;the abortion syndrome incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).But there was no significant in two groups of pregnant women in different gestation time(P>0.05).Conclusion:Propofol is safe and effective,and it has an effective effect on different gestation time,the comprehensive value of propofol is higher.关键词
