Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of atorvastatin on curative effect and prognosis in elderly coronary artery disease patients with normal lipid.Method:Five hundred and forty elderly coronary artery disease patients with normal blood lipids in our hospital from February 2005 to June 2012 were selected,according to admission order divided into the observation group and the control group,270 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated on the basis of conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin therapy,then the curative effect and prognosis of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.07%,it was significantly higher than the control group(81.85%),clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Angina incidence of the observation group in six months was 6.67%,it was significantly lower than the control group(19.62%), acute myocardial infarction incidence of the observation group was 2.59%,it was significantly lower than the control group(6.30%),severe arrhythmia incidence of the observation group was 1.11%,it was significantly lower than the control group(7.78%),the incidence of cardiac death was 0.74%, it was significantly lower than the control group(1.85%),The total incidence of cardiovascular events was 11.11%,it was significantly lower than the control group(35.56%).The cardiovascular events of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The atorvastatin can improve the curative effect and prognosis of the elderly coronary artery disease patients.It is worthy to be popularized.关键词
