腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫疾病119例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for uterine disease.Method:229 cases of elective hysterectomy in our hospital were selected.110 cases in control group were received simple vaginal hysterectomy.119 cases in observation group were received laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.The operative time,blood loss,postoperative recovery anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and complication rates of two groups were compared.Result:Operative time of two group had no statistically significance(P>0.05).Blood loss, postoperative recovery anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Patients with no postoperative complications occurred in observation group,while 1 case of control group had bladder injury(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is safe and effective.It can significantly reduce blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery and shorten hospital stay.关键词
