摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy for gallbladder calculi.Method:From January 2012 to December 2012,60 patients with gallbladder calculi were randomly divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and open cholecystectomy(OC)group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and postoperative length of hospital stay of two groups were compared.Result:Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and postoperative length of hospital stay of LC group were smaller than those of OC group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with OC,LC canobviously shorter operative time,postoperative pain is relatively slow,rapid recovery, fewer complications,shorter hospitalization time,LC is an ideal surgical treatment of gallbladder calculi.关键词
