Abstract
Objective:To explore the hyaluronic acid sodium in prevention of joint adhesion after knee operation in fracture.Method:Eighty-six patients with knee intra-articular fracture in our hospital for surgical treatment were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation,the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate based on the treatment of control group,then the range of motion and VAS score of two groups at different times after the operation were compared.Result:The range of motion and VAS score of observation group at first,sixth and twelfth month after the operation were all significantly better than those indexes of control group,and those at twelfth month after the operation were better than those at first and sixth month after the operation, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sodium hyaluronate in preventing the knee joint adhesion of patients after fracture operation is better,and it can effectively improve the range of motion and control the pain.关键词
