摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research abdominal transverse incision vertical incision on cesarean section again. Method:108 cases women with cesarean section surgery again according to the first incision approach were divided into observation group(used abdominal longitudinal incision)and the control group(used the abdominal transverse mouth),and the clinical effect of two groups were observed. Result:Blood loss, delivery time, operation cut skin to into the belly of time, operation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).And adhesion degree in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal incision cesarean section on maternal the surgery less affect, can effectively reduce the harm to the mother-to-child reoperation,and high security,is worth popularizing in further clinical application.关键词
