摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss application effect of performance evaluation in model ward nursing management.Method:In the application quality of nursing model ward nursing management methods of performance evaluation,according to the nursing work characteristics,combining nurses salaries and work quality of the model ward 2 years before and after application of performance management in quality of care,patient satisfaction and other aspects related to medical analysis.Result:Before and after the application of performance management,the quality of nursing model ward,health care had significantly improved patient satisfaction difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Performance assessment management initiative to nursing staff,make the model ward is effectively improving the quality of nursing care,maximize and promote quality care activities.关键词
