Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal viscera rupture. Method:45 patients with suspected abdominal viscera rupture were chosen. They were taken for operation after ultrasonic examination,and taken for pathological examination. The pathological findings were as the diagnostic criteria,the results of ultrasonic examination were evaluated. Result:Compared with the pathological diagnosis,the full compliance rate of ultrasonography was 77.77%(35/45),the coincidence rate was 17.77%(8/45). The coincidence rate was up to 93.33%(43/45). Conclusion:Ultrasonography is a simple and effective methed for abdominal viscera rupture diagnosis,can provide the accurate and effective basis for clinical rational treatment.关键词
