Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ornithine aspartate in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Method:40 cases of hepatic encephalopathy from December 2010 to November 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group (20 cases). The control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group used ornithine aspartate on the basis of conventional therapy. The level of blood ammonia ,mental changes and the treatment effect of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was better than the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05). The blood nitrogen levels of treatment group before and after treatment compared differences had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ornithine aspartate has certain clinical curative effect in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy,less adverse reaction,and its appearance is safe,it is worth in the clinical application of hepatic encephalopathy.关键词
