Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different anesthesia methods in complex anal fistula surgery. Method:One hundred and fifty cases of complex anal fistula were selected in the hospital from February 2010 to October 2012,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group and the experimental group,each group of 50 cases. The control group was treated with epidural anesthesia,the observation group use of local anesthesia,while the experimental group using controlled analgesia combined with local anesthesia. Then 3 groups were compared in patients with anesthesia,pain visual analog scale(VAS)and adverse events difference. Result:The experimental group and the observation group were significantly shorter in the time of anesthesia in the control group(P<0.05). The VAS score on the control group and the experimental group compared with the observation group had obvious advantages(P<0.05). As for the incidence of adverse reactions,the experimental group was less than the other two groups,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Controlled analgesia combined with local anesthesia in complex anal fistula surgery application time is short,the analgesic effect is good,the incidence of adverse reactions is low. It is worth as the first choice anesthesia for complex anal fistula surgery.关键词
