利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the leep cutter technology in cure cervical erosion disease.Method:One hundred and fourteen patients of cervical erosion were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group of 57 cases. The control group was treated by microwave technology. The treatment group was treated by leep cutter technology. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment, such as the symptoms disappear time, total time for clinical treatment, the effective rate, adverse drug reactions, the cessation treatment relapse rate and so on.Result:The effective rate of the control group was 70.2% while the treatment group was 91.2% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptoms disappear time and total time for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05)and adverse drug reactions rate during treatment of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05). The cessation treatment relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of leep cutter in treatment of cervical erosion is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.关键词
