盐酸莫西沙星联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of moxifloxacin hydrochloride combined with Kangfute inflammatory suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Method: One hundred and sixteen patients of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group of 58 cases. The control group was treated by moxifloxacin hydrochloride. The treatment group was treated by Kangfute inflammatory suppository combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment, such as the effective rate, the symptoms disappear time, total time for clinical treatment, adverse drug reactions, improved amplitude of TNF-α and CRP levels, the cessation treatment relapse rate and so on. Result:The effective rate of the control group was 72.4% while the treatment group was 91.4% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptoms disappear time and total time for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05)and adverse drug reactions rate during treatment of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The improved amplitude of TNF-α and CRP levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05)and the cessation treatment relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of moxifloxacin hydrochloride combined with Kangfute inflammatory suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.关键词
