Abstract
Objective: To further study and compared the comparative advantage for azithromycin and aminophylline in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and provide the reference for clinical treatment and cough variant asthma in children.Method:34 cases of children with cough variant asthma in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were chosen as the research object,and were randomly divided into the treatment group (17 cases) and control group (17 cases). The treatment group were treated with azithromycin and aminophylline; control group with aminophylline and promethazine treatment. The cough disappeared time, wheezing rales disappearance time, duration of treatment for the two groups of patients were observed.Result:Three indicators of two groups in the time of disappearance of cough, wheezing rales disappearance time, time and so on, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group children (P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice for children with cough variant asthma, the clinical efficacy of azithromycin and aminophylline treatment is significant, and clinical treatment is with reliable choice of cough variant asthma in children.关键词
