美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application results of metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:200 cases were randomly divided into intensive group and conventional group, the conventional group was treated by conventional treatment method. On this basis, the intensive group was given metoprolol. Result: The effective rate of the intensive group was 87.0%, which was more higher than that of the conventional group 71.0%. After treatment, the patient’s heart rate of the intensive group was (62.3±5.8) beats/min, left ventricular stroke volume was (57.1±2.6)%. Patient’s heart rate of the conventional group was (86.2±7.6) beats/min, left ventricular stroke volume was (38.6±7.8)%.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy, patients with chronic heart failure will get better results, better security with metoprolol.关键词
