外科骨折患者褥疮治疗及护理对策

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of strengthen the nursing intervention combine with bedsore ointment in the treatment ofⅢ, Ⅳ bedsore. To study the prevention and nursing methods for patients with fractures plus pressure ulcer.Method:100 cases ofⅢ,Ⅳ bedsore were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), the two groups were given the basic nursing , nutrition support care and conventional pressure ulcer prevention method. The treatment group was given bedsore ointment. After treatment, time and pressure ulcer healing efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment group total effective rate (100%) was higher than the control group(54.00%)(P<0.05). The pressure ulcer healing time compared between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Strengthen the nursing intervention combine with bedsore ointment has certain clinical value in the treatment of pressure sores, worthy of promotion.关键词
