摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of using three kinds of platelet count diluting fluid to assay 350 specimens in parallel. Method: Using three kinds of platelet count diluting fluid to count the same specimen in parallet, all operations were performed in strict accordance with The National Clinical Test Regulation of Operation.Result: The result showed that,F of Magnesium sulfate-saponin diluent danged little,but those of Xu Ru-he diluent and Ammonium oxalate diluent did significantly.Conclusion:The study showed magnesium sulfate-saponin was a kind of platelet count diluting fluid with good high stability, which had generalizable value.关键词
