泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血30例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Method:Sixty patients of peptic ulcer bleeding were retrospectively analyzed in the hospital May 2010 to October 2012 were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 30 cases. The control group adopted conventional therapy method, and the observation group treated by pantoprazole and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result: The effective rate of the control group was 70.0% while the treatment group was 93.3% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse drug reactions of the treatment group were less than the control group.Conclusion: Pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding is excellent for big curative effect, high safety and less adverse reactions. It is worth popularization and application.关键词
