摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the flexible cystoscope for complex renal calculi open operation application.Method:The flexible cystoscopy for complex renal calculi open operation in lithotomy and auxiliary examination of 28 cases,integrated by bladder soft probe lens,and cooperated with the clamps cut flush calyces methods such as take stones.Result:28 cases were successful,postoperative B ultrasound and X film were reviewed,only two cases of residual stones.Conclusion:Multiple renal calculi in open operation with flexible cystoscopy examination can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the residual stone rate,reduce the injury to patients,it is a safe and effective method,it can check and treatment effects on other changes.关键词
